You say tomato. I say Larry Bird’s doppelgänger.

A photo of a tomato made rounds on the internet on Sunday, and that was, in part, because that fruit (yes, a tomato is a fruit) looked not-so-distantly related to Bird. In fact, the resemblance was staggeringly obvious. And within no time at all, Bird was trending on Twitter because he and the tomato looked so much alike. Everyone on Twitter took one look at the tomato and pegged it as an obvious lookalike for Bird.

I’m serious. Check out the photo of the fruit next to photos of Bird. We’re talking about one of nature’s true wonders. This is ridiculous — and ridiculously amazing.
