Chrissy Teigen’s daughter Luna is getting crafty!

The 7-year-old daughter of Teigen and John Legend spent her Saturday making a homemade "bird feeder," and her proud mom shared a behind-the-scenes look at the process on her Instagram Story.

In Teigen’s first video, Luna puts the finishing touches on her DIY feeder — a contraption comprised of tape, pipe cleaners, aluminum foil and a paper plate — which the cookbook author, 37, calls “awesome,” and asks her little one to show it off.

“Wait one sec,” Luna says before grabbing a hole puncher, which she tells her mom she has been searching for.

After the crafty kiddo seemingly makes some last-minute changes off-screen, she heads outside to hang it on a tree.

Luna selects a small tree near the cage containing the family’s bearded dragon, Sebastian.

“Wait, this is perfect,” the Lip Sync Battle host says as her daughter selects a branch to hang her creation on.

Teigen asks Luna if she should put the feeder higher so the birds can see it better. In response, she shrugs, telling her mom: “They always come here.”

In the last video of the bird feeder saga, the 7-year-old puts the final touch on her creation, using a cup to fill its foil bowl with water.

“Do you think they care if it’s filtered or not?” she asks her mom, who laughs and says, “I don’t think so.”

Along with Luna, Teigen and Legend, 44, share children Miles, 5, Esti, 9 months, and Wren, 3 months, who frequently appear on the couple’s social media accounts.

According to Teigen, her eldest child — who she let design her butterfly tattoo — can be a bit of a “perfectionist.”

In her 2021 cover story for PEOPLE's Beautiful Issue, Teigen explained that she tries to teach Luna about the "beauty" of imperfection.

"She is a bit of a perfectionist which I didn't know I was until the past few years," Teigen said. "I'm trying to tell her that not everything — it's funny because when I talk to her, I'm actually talking to myself too — not everything has to be perfect and there is joy and beauty in imperfections, and don't be so hard on yourself. And that's me talking to myself when I tell her that stuff."

According to the crafty kid’s dad, she’s also a music lover — but Legend is not her favorite artist.

"I'm probably second or third for Luna,” the EGOT winner told PEOPLE in 2022. She will, however, sing along to his hits in the car, Legend says.

"Luna likes a lot of girl pop and R&B. She likes Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez and people like that,” he explained, adding, “Chrissy and Luna's tastes are similar.”
