A Southwest Flight from Raleigh-Durham International Airport to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, returned to RDU, an airline spokesperson said.
Crews reported flight 1954 returned to RDU after taking off because of a possible bird strike.
The spokesperson said mechanics are reviewing the plane, and Southwest is working to get customers to their destinations as soon as possible.
